On a new roadmap with Siege of Ogrimmar comes season 14, but it should be season 15. We are missing one season here. Previously in Wotlk and Cata classic we’ve got all pvp seasons. Why is it different with MoP? There are 4 pvp seasons in MoP and 4 sets of pvp items:
1. First one (12th) at 483 ilvl.
2. Second one (13th) at 498 ilvl.
3. Third one (14th) at 522 ilvl.
4. Fourth one (15th) at 550 ilvl.
3 raid tiers, 3 seasons, or am I missing something?

In the original MOP, when it was still a Retail expansion, both Arena Seasons 14 and 15 happened on the last phase of MOP, when the raid was the Siege of Orgrimmar due to the long wait between the last patch of MOP and the release of WOD. It was the first expansion with two Arena seasons without a major content patch in between.
With that context it makes sense that Arena 14 is scheduled alongside Siege of Orgrimmar. That’s the original MOP roadmap.
The only question is if Blizzard will have two Arena seasons on that last MOP Phase in the case that Classic continues after MOP, wich we don’t even know yet
With the strange early end of season 13, we might get season 14 early and season 15 with SoO.
