Where is the Winds of Wisdom +50% XP buff?

Restart has come and gone, and the buff is not active yet. Any news?

It comes with the daily quest and raid lockout reset at 8am.

Same time as the weekly vault.

Sometimes it starts at 10am for some weird reason.

I had it as soon as i logged on but i remember reading something about visiting an inn keeper, so maybe try that, or try it in the capital cities at least.

this happened to me and my bro earlier, we made new characters and the buff did not come until we levelled 10 and exited the Exile island, also if you’re max level you wont see the buff as you don’t need it.

The buff is supposed to be 10-59. But I’m 56 and don’t have it.
