My boss is Trade Prince Jastor Gallywix, as it should be like all bilgewater goblins.
By boss if you mean someone who wants to dominate the world, it changes over time. Last expansion it was Sargeras, now it’s Jailer, in dragonflight not sure yet but possibly Nozdormu.
Always thought it was Springsteen!

This is X-Files smoke and mirrors, they’re making it up as they go. There is no Ultimate master plan. Even the stuff that we thought was set in stone can be retconned into oblivion by new smoke and mirrors such as the Jailer being the real big bad playing 5D chess for thouasands of years.
They throw out hints of this and that, some of which will be built upon at some stage whether or not it fits with existing Lore, previously (now retconned) Lore or any future Lore. There are Void Lords, Light Zealots, Old Gods, Titan Planets that can be used or ignored as seen fit by who ever will be writing the story at what ever time they choose.
Best to not look too deeply into the story, it’ll just melt your brain.
