Why are some orcs upright?

Were the orcs all upright until the fel? I see a common theme that the Mag’har orcs are upright but fel orcs tend to be slouched.
Is there anything in the lore that tells us about this?

We whipped them a little too much in the internment camps and that was the result. Sorry.

Physically most peons are permanently bent from years of labor and trudge expressionlessly in their duty, a large sack slouched over malformed shoulders that are broader than any soldier’s.

All orcs being malformically (that is a word now) slouched was a travesty to orcs in general.

It was usually seen on peons, elderly and sickly orcs, not so much the younger and healthier orcs.

The fel is also not an excuse considering the female orcs who never had any slouch, but that is easily a part of the prettification-proces of the female gender of any race.

It’s the weight of the guilt on their shoulders.
