No, 1000000 times worse, so I’d rather leave it like this than make it worse until a solution is found.
Why would it be worse? It’s literally the same rate of gathering, just without the disappearing nodes.

Yes but it’s free and you earn thousands of golds from ah while doing it. Crafting will often cost you thousands of gold to get a single point.
Crafting daily’s is also very very annoying with all the hidden stats of the materials so you hardly know how many bronze, silver or gold you need.
You can’t even pick what mats you want to use since if you pick “use best quality reagents” it will rob you of more gold materials than you need.
Gathering, and crafting, in FF14 is great. Crafting in WildStar even better.

The annoyance of a node despawning when you landed or mid-progress; it’s a really poopi feeling…
Can verify gathering and crafting was one thing i did when i wanted to relax in game and had fun doing it
This! A million times this! This is the most annoying thing ever!
My issue is that the ability to empower them is totally useless. Not even worth pressing. Back in dragonflight you got extras. Now you get a different item or killed or disoriented and like 1 or 2 extras. Better off fly off to the next node.
