Why don't you heal?

Toxic groups hardest role to learn

agree, the lowest and highest keys are the most rewarding as a healer. a lot of arrogant tryhards across the brackets in-between

As someone with C-PTSD, this is a very disrespectful comment. Please don’t use real life diagnosis like that.
You could’ve just said you don’t wanna stress about a game, without using language that’ll hurt real people by blurring the seriousness of that diagnosis.

Or alternatively you could grow up and understand that nobody in here knows you nor cares about you or your diagnosis.

Stop acting selfish and don’t try to change others, you adapt to the world, not the world to you.

I get where you’re coming from but honestly, the world would be a better place if it adapted to me.

Nah, then we would have too many healers, we need tanks and dps too.

You’ve always met/played with clueless people at 2.1k.

I had a shuffle just now where a 2.3 warrior leaps into the enemy team as I get sapped, he then gets stunned and smoke bombed when I get out of sap and doesn’t trinket it and dies without pressing anything. He proceeds to die every round and then complains that arcane mages are OP, when he didn’t even press any defensives before dying. Not once.

Seen 2.4k mage that didn’t interrupt more than 3 times during a whole 6 rounds. Like, bro?

2.1k balance druid when I played my druid as resto. What does he do? He roots me and beams me. He roots and beams a resto druid, I just shifted and walked out of it, like? Hello? Why are you beaming me instead of using it as an interrupt.

One of the worst players I’ve encountered when playing 2v2 or 3v3 before I took a long hiatus from pvp was a multigladiator and he still ran into a kidney shot → smoke bomb set up with no trinket and died because of it and this was with the old system of acquiring gladiator.

Also had a 3v3 game in that orgrimmar arena way back, when you started next to each other. DK that got glad in season 5 on the enemy team, we instakilled him as soon as we got up playing ret/rogue/disc.

because you spend 50% of your awareness looking at bars moving up and down. in a way youre just doing a role so that others can play the game, rather than playing the game yourself

it’s incredibly fun but just too much work compared to dodging easy mechanics and just spamming damage

Imo is more fun being Dps.

Btw, I’m enhacement shaman, so I’m half healer.

Healing gives you an adrenaline high that dps or tanking doesn’t give you. But let’s be honest with pugs doing anything in their power to make your life difficult doesn’t worth it.
But if you play with friends or with guild it’s super nice and you can talk through discord so you can flame them

But that’s still better than most PvE players, that’s the thing.
You have like 3,5 or 3,7 VDH who just jump into the first pull, fail their very basic rotation that they used a billion times, die and ruin the entire key.
That’s like the equivalent of 2,7+ in PvP and it’s really not hard to get your opener right in PvE.

  1. Because i’m a warrior and i don’t have a heal spec.

  2. It doesn’t feel rewarding. It makes me want to press dull objects through peoples skulls slowly for ignoring mechanics to do 5 more dps.

Not want to play healer anynore.
