Will DF gladiator appearances be available for marks of honor in TWW?

I’ve never really gotten into PvP in WoW so I don’t know how this usually works. Will the gladiator recolor appearances from DF season 4 be available to buy for Marks of Honor later on in TWW or do I have to buy them for Conquest before then?

If you are purely talking about the conquest set and not the elite set then it should be buyable through marks of honor unless blizz somehow deviates from what they usually do.
Not sure when in TWW though.
