These guys are busted in different ways damage wise and could all do with at least 20% baseline nerf

Probably at latest in 9.2.5, maybe a bit earlier if Blizzard feels generous.

We’ll get pvp tunings in 9.2, it’d be surprising we get anything before that

If PvP tuning will go it will in the end of PTR. Nodody care about PvP state.

Regarding the title. I remember a patch back in the day when warriors was nerfed I think it was 13% on all abilities. This was before monks and Clown hunter was in the game. So technically speaking, yes, we have seen arms nerf.

Dunno about Monks, but I’ve tested some PTR and so far Necro DH and Arms warrior are getting huge buffs with tier sets+double leggo in 9.2 :cowboy_hat_face:

Definitely not. I mean they even buffed Resto Druids on the PTR.
