Window Resizing bug when using HS/portal or changing zones

I’m having a bug where my game window will either resize it self down to 75% and stay as such or instantly minimize and maximize back to window mode whenever I load through after using my various HS, takes a portal or changes/phases in to new zones.

I play in Window Mode, at 1920/1080, using DivX12 and at high settings. I have tried various things to see if it would help but this keeps on happening no matter what I do or try. I have too reported this in-game as a bug and wanted to leave a heads up here for others.
