I do not see Wrathion and Sabellian in Obsidian Citadel this week. They should be near the Throne, but both are not visible for me. Quest seems to work fine for most people but I found flew who confirm they have the same issue.

Same issue here. I cannot interact with quartermasters as well.

Not for me it isn’t, the quartermasters are still not interactable on azuremyst
