I tried to put a portal for my friend in Silvermoon to OG but we’re getting logged out after few second with “World server is down”. I dont know if thats a common problem at this time but please is there anything i can do to help him get out from Silvermoon, idk blizzard fix this
I’ve had the same problem in Outland, Shadowmoon Valley. I’ve seen several posts about this for older expansion regions for the past couple months. I haven’t seen a fix for it yet. If you keep trying to log in it usually let’s you log in eventually and then you are on the clock … you might have a couple seconds or a couple minutes before you get logged out again. xD
Does your friend have his Hearthstone in Silvermoon? If he has it anywhere else I’d say try to log in until he can and then HS as fast as possible. If that’s not an option he could try to take the portal from Silvermoon to Undercity. I feel like these problems are not everywhere but only in certain regions (just a feeling though). Maybe he has better chances in Undercity.
I know it sounds like a struggle and honestly, it is, but who knows when this is gonna be fixed. Good luck.
