[CLASSIC] [RAIDING/WORLD PvP] [SHAZZRAH] <KANIUM> semi-hardcore weekend raiding

Kanium is a 18+ gaming community in the EU time zone that will be going into WoW classic as a Horde Raiding and World-PvP Guild on the Shazzrah PvP server. As a guild we are aiming to cover the middle-ground between casual and hardcore while striving to deliver a quality raiding experience for our members.

In terms of raid days we will be clearing the main 40 man content on a Saturday evening. In addition to that we will organize one or two secondary raid days every week in a normal weekday or Sunday evening depending on timers and member availability. Do note that secondary raids are optional and on a sign-up basis.

Now some of you might be thinking that this is too few raids to handle all the end game content. But please keep in mind that wow classic will work in phases and what we will initially have to work with is just Molten Core and Onyxia which is easily doable in one evening. As more content gets added we will move 20 man and obsolete 40 man content to secondary raid days.

Because we want to progress and raid efficiently with the time we have, we will be using loot council. Loot distribution will be based on a large amount of factors like performance, size of upgrade, raid efficiency and so forth. No favoritism or other nonsense like that.

Outside raid days we plan on doing some PvP. Most of this will be in Phase 2 and beyond in the form of World PvP and in later phases some organized battlegrounds. Though no super heavy ranking unless we can find people that have time to facilitate that.

Please do note that we have also operated as a weekend raiding guild on the private server scene for a considerable time so we have the knowledge and experience to do this effectively. We do our best to meet the expectations of all members and all that we ask for in return is dedication and that you do your best.

REQUIREMENTS FOR JOINING:

  • Be able to offer high participation on Saturday.
  • Willing to collect consumables (We got our own lists that are more reasonable)
  • Willing to collect pre-raid BIS and be in optimal specs
  • 18 years or older.
  • Need to have a thick skin.
  • Be active on our Discord.
  • To be honest and accountable for your actions. (Both good and bad)
  • Be able to speak decent English.
  • A proper mic.

FYI as i have been getting this question a few times now. The secondary raid days can happen on any of the days besides Saturday. As it mainly depends on reset timers and availability.

We encourage members to try and attend these secondary raids if possible but members are not forced to join these raids as they are optional.

Were currently also playing a lot of other games and stuff like Warcraft III and casual leveling sessions on Silverhand to entertain our self till actual classic release.

Cause you know… were a gaming community too so we play other stuff besides WoW. O_o
