Wow pets com "character not found"

Since yesterday my character is “not found”, every time I log into wow pets com.
I’ve done some reading on the subject, and it seems it’s something that happens from Blizz’ end from time to time? Can someone look into this and fix it, pls?
Or, does anyone know perhaps a “work around” for this issue? Is there something I can do on my end?

So I tried your character here, which is the view I use myself:

Pet Collection of Maralah

and it worked fine.

This means the problem is not at Blizzard’s API, which does go flaky occasionally. But not this time.

However

is not finding you. It is also not finding me:

though in both cases it clearly has our character stats in its overview.

When they revamped their API last year, Blizzard added a condition to people harvesting data that they can’t retain it for more than a month, but wow-pets is showing my character as having been updated a week ago.

I am guessing that wow-pets is having problems, not related to theBlizzard API. Only they could answer your question. But at least it seems that everyone is affected, not just you.

P.S. Ah yes, confirmation. I thought of a character they likely would not have found before to store their data:

and indeed that gave me an “Error 500: Whoops, something went wrong on our servers.”

So they are not able to load characters at the moment, but WarcraftPets and Xu-Fu’s can, so it has to be at their end.

Will just wait and hope it’s gonna get fixed soon . It’s nice to see your ranking on the server, hence I check it very regular anyways .

EDIT:
Soooooo… after more than 2 weeks this still isn’t fixed. When you go to the page, on the left bottom you may find a button “leave feedback”. It re-directs you to a reddit page; where you first need to get permission to post. Done that. Waiting - no result.
Yesterday I tried again, and turns out again I need to apply to get permission to post there… So it means there’s no way to contact the ppl behind this site.
I wonder when this is getting solved - IF it’s getting solved at all. I read somewhere about a person making a ticket ingame about this (when it happened more than a year ago also), but it feels kinda daft do create a ticket since it’s - as you said - clearly not on Blizz’s end. Yet, I do wish to get this resolved, as I used this site on a nearly daily basis.
