Hi, today my remaining game time changed status from 27 days remaining to expired with no reason at all. There was no email regarding the issue from Blizzard. I got my subscription by redeeming a code so there are no issues regarding pending/rejected transaction. I’m posting here hoping someone can explain it to me if there’s something wrong
You cannot add a subscription by redeeming a code, as you will need to add a (paypal with) bank/CC card for that. That means you’ve added gametime with a code.
The question is: Where did you got this code from?
If it’s not a brick and mortar store, but a “third party” marketplace you’ll have to take it up to them and not Blizzard. Chances are the code has been charged back with a fraudulent card/method.
The code was worth 2 months of game time and it expired after a month of redeeming it. Is that normal if the code was bought with the method you mentioned?
Yes, especially for fraud from 3rd party sites.
What unscrupulous people do is buy the code then after they sell it the do a chargeback which nullifies the code.
It’s a despicable practice so contact the website owners and report them.
