im geting disonection every 5 min server ten storms classic

i have try all methods but no luck fixing the problem

I haven’t seen anyone else saying this so have you tried the usual, no wireless, updating AV and firewalls and other things the support article say.

yeah i have tried all of the stuff in there and i still have the problem

If you’re still having disconnection problems it would help if you could get a WinMTR and post it on a site such as pastebin and then post the link here so we can try to help diagnose this for you. Please keep the test running for a while before and after the disconnection happens to ensure the data is shown in the results!
