Undermine journal shows that players are still selling the gear on your realm, some of it a bit more pricey than mine but still going pretty cheap (mostly 370 I notice but 400 too).
Also if you have a guild maybe somebody with a profession can help too.
It’s really not that tough, this character alone is a week into gearing at a slow and steady pace using some of the methods I shared.
WQs give progressively higher ilvl up to 415? + emissaries 440 or 445.
I literally got to 420 the day after I dinged 120 on my WW alt, so my freshly crafted 400 ilvl weaps got old the next day lol.
Then I got 450 within 3 days.
Getting to 460 will be harder.
So I think you need to play the game instead of complaining

Catchup is about getting gear untill you get to current content ilvl NOT about getting instant ilvl boost.

You get 20-25 pearls for unlocking naz, Jaina asks you to buy and upgrade some boots or something but you can ignore and buy a full gear set lol 
And you can complete Naz with zero gear! The NPCS litterally carried multiple of my wod geared alts lol
Ok, so if he / she has another character that can potentially farm a few pearls to get some Benthic gear then I don’t understand any of this. I’m not going to repeat the many suggestions which are all solid. It’s just a case of being lazy and wanting free stuff with zero effort.

Heroics and Mythics are pretty good to gear from (dungeons)
Use the premade finder tool, unlike M+ you still get gear drops from each boss, high ilvl players often need to clear for quests and can even help you by handing over unwanted gear.
My shaman was decked out in 410 the moment it hit 120.

Guess what, a lot of us weren’t. It is so much easier to catch up these days then ever before. The amount of grinding I had to do on my main character compared to alts now.
That I can’t do it on my alt with leather BECAUSE I HAVEN’T GOTTEN A SINGLE BLACK EMPIRE LEATHER PIECE? Not one piece since 8.3 launched. Not a single one.
But apparently it’s fine if you just have the RNG gods on your side to get instantly 410 according to you. But if you don’t have RNG gods on your side, screw you.
You should really scroll up again. Stop trying to cherry-pick what you don’t like . There are MANY options to gear these days. Of course if you spend so much time in the forum and complain none of them are going to happen.

There is absolutely no reason why it should take such a long time to do it on one alt because of RNG while the other just clicks a few BOA items in the bags and is instantly decked out in 410 because you were lucky enough to get the right drops for that class.
But the guy I quoted thinks it’s fine to deck characters out in 410, no comment about that at all, if you have the RNG gods on your side. But screw you if you don’t want it to be about RNG.
