Why don’t you implement a tooltip function to the racial that shows what the blessings are from each Loa?
You really don’t wanna look it up on WoWhead.
Get a tooltip or put all the racials in the spell book but as locked so you can atleast read them (except your active one).
Second thing, why on earth isit on a 5 day cooldown?
There is absolutely not a legit reason behind a that long CD on a racial.
Look at druids, it’s just wierd.
Lets say you play feral in PVP, and you main resto druid PVE. Why should you have to wait 5 days to benefit from example the extra bleed effect chance “Embrace of Kimbul” when you wanna pvp as feral, but you’re locked with “Embrace of Akunda” since you’re maining resto.
There’s nothing broken by being able to play the spec fully, that you intend to play for the moment.
That’s just like removing Avengers Shield from Prot Pallys and instead giving them the ability to use Ambush. Like (?)
If you can’t make it available at any time, atleast reduce it to one day CD. Don’t implement another “Azerite” system that nobody is a fan of.
I cant wait to get home from work and roll my new toon. I will take that ‘plus crit chance’ loa and will be happy. As Iam not a mythic raider iam happy with whatever I get
You just dropped a empty reply. Why do you think a racial on 5days CD in your spellbook makes sense?
Cause you get to choose a racial, if that’s your argument, then a counterquestion for it. Have you experienced any of the racials in different difficulty in different content? Have you put em to test at all?
Loa is your “God”, you can’t change Gods, each Zandalari has a loa they worship, changing them every few hours, or day, is kinda senseless. You pick a deity of your worship, and changing should be at least 5 days as you’re abandoning your previous loa.
Talanji got Rezan, Vol’jin has Bwonsamdi, every troll has some kind of loa.
I respect that you are a fan of the lore and it that way it makes sense i guess.
But at the same time you already CHOOSE a loa to follow, which you can’t reverse, during the questline in Zandalar on each and every character…
I’m not convinced that Lore should be a core into this specific racial.
It took the buff 2 minutes to proc for me at dungeon dummy and even then it’s not that big of a difference in dmg reduction from the armor (I’m gaining 2%) so I’ll swap as soon as I can. Just have to wait and see what the other buffs are pulling
5 days it’s already a very short time to jump from Loa to Loa. Personally, if I were a Loa, I’d be really pissed off by a worshipper who the next day worships another Loa, betraying me and then comes back and wants my blessing again. I’d give him a debuff instead.
It should be 5 day CD but per individual spec. This is currently the thing that is putting me off Zandalari as a druid since I play bear in raids, bear/boomy in M+ and resto whenever I’m needed to in both content.
I mean it does go against the play style of multi-role classes.
Swapping between Tank/Healer/DPS but having your buffs on a 5-day cool-down is pretty annoying.
I wouldn’t mind having the 5-day cool-down still but having the buff save to each spec, so after 15 days I can finally set all 3 specialisations with the correct buff…
That and, well, most people are going to be playing Zandalari Druid, so you probably want the buff to be multi-role friendly.
Bwonsamdi does rougly around 2-2,5% of total damage. Which imo is acceptable amount, it can crit and it’s offhealing you.
Kimbul is really bad one though. I never reached 3 stacks, and it’s total damage was varing from 0,2- 0,8% of total damage. I fail to see how this racial could be more attractive than Bwonsamdi that is easy to follow and track. For a pure dps racial that doesn’t give any extra boons like offheal it should do total dps of 2,5-3%. I was reporting it on PTR for a long while but it fell on deaf ears.
As for Pa’ku, it works differently on each specc. On fire mage it barely appears. For over 1 million of DPS I did on my 110 mage it appeared only once. But on frost and arcane speccs it was proccing far more often.
