Ping muy alto y constante perdidas de paquetes, y alguna desconexion del servidor

no puedo jugar por problemas de latencia y perdidas de paquetes

si hago ping a cualquier pagina como google mi ping es de 13-14ms sin perdidas de paquetes, mi velocidad de descarga es estable y no tengo cortes
ya no se que hacer ni de donde viene el problema
