Freeze aléatoire de 10sec, injouable

Bonjour,

Je viens poster ici mon problème car tout ce que j’ai pu trouver sur le net en tant que solution ne fonctionne pas.
Le problème en question : gros freeze de 10 secondes aléatoire, peu importe ce que je fais dans le jeu, peu importe ou je suis et peu importe le nombre de joueurs dans ma partie.
Cela entrainant des morts constantes, un gameplay détruit et un plaisir qui s’en va.
Voici ce que j’ai essayé :

-Formatage Windows 10
-Désinstallation/Réinstallation/Réparation des fichiers
-Mode 32bits
-FPS cap 60
-Désactivation de tous mes overlays
-Désactivation anti-virus
-Bidouillage du D3Prefs
-Graphismes au plus bas
-Désactivation du son
-Désactivation de l’affichage des dégâts

Bref, j’ai tout essayé, l’observateur d’évènements Windows ne montre rien d’anormal non plus.

Si tu es en Windows 10 v2004, le freeze est connu:

La résolution? Pas prévue au programme mis à part un retour à une version 1909 voire 1903 suivant de quelle version tu venais.

Comme le dit très justement Fragdoktor, il y a actuellement un problème connu avec la dernière mise à jour de Windows et la seule solution connue pour le moment consiste à revenir à une version précédente.

Nos développeurs travaillent sur ce problème, mais je ne pourrai vous indiquer si la solution viendra de nos services ou d’un correctif de la part de Microsoft.

Bonjour, super pour vos réponses, je suis effectivement sur la build 2004 de Win10, je vais tenter un rollback ou une update sur une build supérieure du fast ring.

Du nouveau, la build dev 20180 ne regle pas le soucis, donc du coups rollback sur la 1903, toujours pareil, freezes intempestifs…

Je ne remarque cependant pas de messages d’erreurs liés au FMODE comme dit plus haut.

J’ai aussi essayé la .dll qu’un utilisateur a posté sur le forum US, sans succés.

Je ne sais plus quoi faire…

j’ai l’écran qui se bloque plus rien ne répond, obliger d’éteindre le pc, bonne config qui n’a jamais eu de problème avec tous les autres jeux overwatch ou même des plus gourmands, ainsi que diablo 2 existe il un solution car c’est vraiment injouable, alors c’est beau de faire des trucs qui pètent dans tous les sens, mais la qualité c’est surtout de pouvoir jouer aux jeux, espérons que pour diablo 4 ça sera pas la même…

Le bug évoqué en 2020 a été corrigé à l’époque, il n’y a pas de souci connu actuellement. Vous pouvez tenter les manipulations de l’article suivant si ça n’a pas déjà été fait :

Si ça persiste, il faudra nous communiquer votre MSinfo et DXdiag.
Vous pouvez faire héberger les informations sur un site externe comme pastebin par exemple et fournir les liens ici (via un nouveau sujet), en utilisant l’option de texte préformaté. Vous pouvez sinon ouvrir une requête en attachant les fichiers directement.
