Buonasera ho provato + volte a : disinstallare addpn, rinominare cartelle wtf , interface , cache, ho reinstallato windows gioco e driver, solo una volta sono riuscitoa far girare wow senza , ho provato anche con la MACRO CVAR_DEFAULT

I driver hai provato a fare una installazione pulita? E driver, dovresti aggiornali tutti, lan, audio, il chipset, fatto anche questo?

E prova a chiudere tutti i programmi non necessari a windows, potrebbe essere uno di questi a creare conflitto:
