I understand that you gifted Diablo 4 to your friend in Russia but they’re not able to use the gift so you wanted to refund it. They actually just cannot buy it themselves, due to the sanctions, but there’s a bug right now where they aren’t able to see gifts at this time, so I went ahead and refunded it. When the bug is fixed, you’ll be able to gift that to your friend again, and they should be able to launch the game as normal. But you’ll see the refund within 3-10 business days.
