Hello Blizzard,
I would like to report an exploit that is negatively affecting World PvP.
Some players are abusing a mechanic where they can instantly escape combat by abandoning certain quests through a macro. As soon as the quest is abandoned, they are immediately teleported to the location where the quest was originally accepted, regardless of where they are or what is happening at the time. This allows them to avoid dying and escape any PvP encounter instantly.
The affected quests include:
Bearers of Bad News (Quest ID: 50110),
The Final Ward (Quest ID: 41841),
Abandoning either of these quests immediately teleports the player back to the quest’s starting location.
This exploit completely undermines World PvP because players can escape any fight without consequence whenever they begin to lose.
Please investigate and fix this behavior to improve the fairness and overall World PvP experience.
