Well I know a bit about IT and the troubles you deal with. I know that one error is enough to make something unsafe. Considering the sheer amout of computers involved, until that´s at my doorstep, I can´t say it´s your fault for sure.
In my last post I hoped I pointed that you and even if „red handed“ is a term, I am not sure why you consider this solved ot mitigated. I assume you do that in a way Microsoft does. I am the fool for moths, my boss yells at me because he acts wiothin his limits and does neither care for expertise not is he willing to read up. That surely is a kind of social engineering, if the demoralization of apt people is something you consider important in an attack. I hope you do.
Apart of game mechanics stopping to work at all, non the matter how often I repeat it and the sheer inconsistency that I face as a person able to do maths. I would have averaged 100% in two years of school, if I would not have misread a question, after a dork in class yelled something. So no wrong answers, just forgetting to take a note of the midstep. I stayed in a blue collars range, but believe me (and the remainder of my stats) I can perform very well. Analysis I managed to do in third grade. And IQ wise- well the FBI knows and the German Kriminalpolizei does as well. Schools probably as well. It´s flawless until tackled and I can paint, do cards and whatever they threw at me that was possible in that regard, I got and solved.
So helping myself to play this mess was a friends group effort already. I did form a team that did some of the first excel tables for D2 and a very well known ice sorceress. It therefore isn´t necessarily just about me. It´s about anyone getting what I consider blows to the head if this just does not check out. And yeah, about what you onve were too.
And the obvious- horadric cube erratic despite of a written description. I won´t do your job and I assume you know.
We´re not in a Simpsons episode you can answer everything by „the sorcerer“. I am concerned for my nephews and a lot of young people too. As reinforcing something wrong might just not be what you would want a brain to embrace. I hope we can safely agree to that. I know what it´s like to be hated for what you can and are, and asked by the authorities to help those that hate you for what they can´t and are.
I already found a very dangerous WhatsApp exploit and I had some very intense and very grouded talks with security, military, police and programmers alike. I kept it down until you guys managed to fix it and took any beating by the baddies. No cigar sadly (or just that?). But considering how messed up Germany is, that just adds to their lock, key and deny policy. I could have made a good buck with not noticing and I am sure anyone who just moves on and looks away is off much better. Which is a pity. I am the victim and I see them making good money of that.
So will I have to endure this with no end in sight? Great, offer a refund and recompensation officially.
I would like to enjoy something that does not reward not noticing or letting go.

Enjoy your Helltide without shards dropping if that´s an error harsh enough for you to notice that there must be something fundamentally wrong with that game of yours. I sit behind a hardware firewall and kind of strict IP rules, but means end and the packet on the go are hardly something I have to look past, isn´t that the case?
„Die Butter vom Brot stehlen“- actually anything they can, anywhere and no- I am on me in this regard and not interested in a coregation of special snowflakes to „suppoert“, I know they burden people like me on purpose.
So why is this like the remaider of my life online too now?

Update: They stole a lot out of my chest too. I noticed but deemed it an error. All the shards stored there are gone this morning
