After trying all the troubleshooting, I just got a reply to my support ticket that says:
It looks like this is actually a far greater issue than first thought, as we’re getting reports across different regions from different users on various systems. We’re doing our best to find the root cause, and hopefully we can get everyone back into Sanctuary once more ASAP!
