Game crashing all the time due to "unexpected Error" and no Error Code

Hello,

my Game crashes all the Time in Between instantly - 2h wich is just random.
I dont to specific things that create the crash.
The only thing thats confusing me is that i got win 11 and in the error logs it says „operating OS Win 10“

I dont know how save it is to upload the error log here, if it is save for me i will post it.

Pls help the Blizzard Support only told me „we dont know, ask Forum“ …

Same happens to me in D4 btw and the Error log is called „Fenris“ and when looking it up, it seems to have been an known error.

Specs:
Win 11-Pro 64 bit
Intel I9-13900KF
ASRock Z790 PH Lightning
Nvidea GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
32 GB DDR5 (4800 MHz)
2 TB m2. SSD

What i did so far:
Driver Updates
Windows Update
Updated BIOS
Unplugged second Monitor
Turned off BEP for the game and its launcher
put Nvidea PhysX on Grafikscard (i dont even got on CPU grafikcard)
limited to 60FPS
Put resolution down to Full HD
Deactivated G-Sync in NVIDIA-Control Panel
Formated PC (2 Times so far, Win reinstall once over cloud and once over local [not with bootstick]

Sry, ich hab den Text den ich im englischen Forum hatte nur kopiert und wollte es eigentlich automatisch übersetzen lassen.

Ich habe mir jetzt das neuste BIOS update raufgezogen, obwohl da noch „Beta“ dranstand. Jetzt stürzt das spiel ab sobald ich versuche in die Welt reinzuladen.

Genau um diese Problematik geht es ja in dem oben von mir verlinkten Beitrag.

Nochmals ein etwas älterer Beitrag, die Probleme der 13er und 14er K-Modelle von Intel sollten eigentlich durch neue BIOS behoben werden. Das deaktivieren von Turbo ist wohl nur eine momentan machbare Maßnahme. Mal sehen, wo das noch endet.
