Nightmare Dungeon Kor Dragan Barrack did not spawn the last Blood Boil (4 of the 5 needed were spawned). Dungeon immpossible to clear. Tier 46. No Deaths. skipped the mini event in the area with the blood boils.
Bugs should be reported at the US forum. But it is a known bug.
