Hi. since the latest update (whizbang’s workship) Alexstraza the Life-Binder isn’t part of my collection. I owned and played a golden version before the update. Is it possible to get the card back without wasting dust?

Alexstraza the Life-Binder is no longer a core card since the core set was changed.
If you never pulled Alexstraza from packs or crafted her yourself then you never owned the card since it was a core card which you have put into your decks.
