Hipster not working how it says in the card title

Dear Customer Support,

The card text says for the card „Hipster“ = discover a Spell from your opponents class that isnt in their deck. When I played this card against a DK in Arena, it happened to me already twice that it discovered less than 3 spell choices. Even when runes are considered it would not be possible to arrive at less then 3 spell choices.

Is there a more comfortable way of declaring bugs in hearthstone ?

Can u take further steps in solving this issue?
