Aldrachi demonic form BUGGED

Hi, I have a question about Aldrachi havoc. when I get the Glaive proc and use it while i’m in demonic form if i want to use the combo for AOE dmg meaning if i use Annihilation 1st and then Death Sweep for some reason my death sweep is not doing the extra slashes it should do. this only happens for death sweep and everything works fine if I’m casting blade dance instead of death sweep. does anyone know this is a normal thing or a bug that needs to be fixed ?!!!
