Hello Blizzard Support,
I encountered a bug while running the Stratholme dungeon in WoW Hardcore. During combat, I charged into a mob, and immediately afterwards I fell through the dungeon floor and died as a result.
This appears to have been caused by an issue with the charge interacting incorrectly with the dungeon geometry. Since I am playing on Hardcore, this bug unfortunately resulted in the permanent death of my character.
I have also a Clip of this incident but i cant link it.
I would kindly ask you to review the incident and, if possible, restore/resurrect my Hardcore character, as the death was caused by a game bug and was not the result of normal gameplay.
I hope the recording helps you verify what happened. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate the issue and restore my character.
