I want to suggest an option to hide our pants.
heres some reasonings:
- De-Equipped Pants are not more or less nude in any way. You have just as much coverage as with the chest section, which is allowed to be hidden.
- Some base coverage looks actually better than the short list of items covering around the same amount of area, like the purple and yellow fur patches for example.
-There is no, or few gear that matches with a hidden chest from the coloration and design. But the base coverage is perfectly matched with the hidden chest which allows for more customization and transmog options - Pants are horrible to match up with anything. Most of the pants are either robes, that all look the same or some differently colored jeans. Theres nothing special like a skirt or something which is just something else. The base Pants of each race would allow us to have more different looking combination than what already everything else looks like
- It’s beautiful. The art team made a good job designing beautiful base clothes, even with unequipped everything. It’s a shame we cannot make use of an already implemented good looking asset, without loosing a gearslot. Blizzard employees put such good work in this, let people appreciate it.
There is no objective reason why it would’nt be okay. It’s already in the game and if people don’t wana do anything with it, they don’t have to use it. Theres people running around „naked“ anyway, so there wouldn’t be an actual difference, except that you would have more racial transmog options.
