Was ich bei der Geschichte nicht verstehe ist das ich mit 2 Accounts eine Verbindung zum Server bekomme und bei einem nicht…ist schon komisch.

Was ich hier nicht verstehe, ist folgendes.
Das ist hier das Forum des Technischen Supports, von Blizzard.

Wenn hier ein Blauer mitn Finger aufn Provider zeigen kann, weil aufn ersten Blick alles darauf hin deutet, dann sind se schnell dabei und machen das mit Freude.
Wenn die Fälle aber nich so einfach abgetan werden können und es komisch und kompliziert wird, gehen se auf Tauchstation und man liest hier nix blaues mehr.

Ich habe das Problem jetzt auch schon seit vielen Wochen.
Anfangs hab ich mir noch nichts dabei gedacht, und gehofft das sich das bald wieder legt.
Aber leider keine Verbesserung, eher das Gegenteil ist der Fall.
Das einloggen dauert länger als die Zeit die in Ingame verbringe ehe ich wieder rausfliege.
Und wenn das Ganze dann 5-6 Mal in Folge passiert, dann nervt das schon mittel bis mäßig : /
Hatte gehofft das inzwischen schon etwas mehr darüber bekannt ist, oder bestenfalls eine Lösung gefunden wurde.

Lasst mich/uns nicht hängen ^^

Hallo, jetzt habe ich das Problem auch. Allerdings nur mit einem Char, alle andeeren funktionieren einwandfrei. Ich kann mich nur für 2-3sec einloggen . Dann funktioniert aber auch gleich, die grafik nicht .Ich kann auch nichts anklicken bzw es reagiert nichts und ich flieg raus. Ausprobiert habe ich schon alles Scannen / reparieren usw.
Ich hab vor 2 Wochen ein Ticket eröffnet, wegen dem Problem, keine Reaktion und nun wird angezeigt, ich hätte das garnicht gemacht :frowning: .
Kann mir bitte jemand weiter helfen.

Keine verbesserung habe jetzt wirklich alle was vorgeschlagen wurde gemacht…
auffällig an der ganzen geschicht ist nur das es seit dem letzten größerem patch ist.
Auffällig ist auch das ich wenn ich eine dc im spiel lage auch im ts lage…

Hallo Antarmoia und Lha!

Ich würde euch bitten als erster sämtliche Addons zurückzusetzen oder gar am besten zu löschen (vor allem da erwähnt wurde das es nur bei einem Charakter das Problem besteht).
Sollte dies nicht geklappt haben, dann öffnet WoW und bei der Charakterauswahl habt ihr links unten den Punkt Menü.

Geht dort auf System - Netzwerk und aktiviert dort IPv6, oder deaktiviert es wenn es bereits aktiv ist.

erstmal Danke das Du so schnell reagiert hast :slight_smile:
Bei mir läuft alles wieder perfekt. Ich hatte eh keine Addons drauf, also hab ich mich gleich um das IPV6 gekümmert und hab es aktiviert. Keine Änderung, dann hab ich es wieder deaktiviert und nun läuft es wieder einwandfrei .

Ich sehe eine verzögerte Verbindung zwischen Deinem Kabel-Modem und der Gegenstelle von Kabel Deutschland.

Die Zahlen in der dritten Zeile sollten bis auf die 118 (steht für die Anzahl der Test-Pakete) im ein- oder zweistelligen Bereich sein, sind aber dreistellig (216, 266, 319, 270).

Das ist die Verzögerungszeit in Millisekunden und sollte wie gesagt irgendwo zwischen 1 und vielleicht 10 Millisekunden sein, nicht aber bis zu 319 Millisekunden.

Wende Dich bitte mit diesem Logfile an Kabel Deutschland, da ist was faul!

Ich habe das Problem auch.

Ich beziehe mich mal auf den Beitrag von Nyakotalia (https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/de/wow/u/Nyakotalia-2675)

Sorry das ich widersprechen muss. Bin selbst IT´ler. Das hat nichts mit den Addon´s und dem IP6 zu tun. Es passiert auch wenn alle addon´s deinstalliert, temp´s gereinigt sind und wow völlig Nackt läuft. Und ob IP6 läuft oder nicht ist wurst bei beidem passiert es. Hab auch schon wow deinstalliert, Registry vom Blizzardzeugs gereinigt und neu aufgesetzt, gebracht hat es nix. Aber was ich Rausgefunden habe ist, dass die Leitungsgeschwindigkeit hinter dem Verantwortungsbereich meines Telefondienstanbieters deutlich sinkt, wenn ich die weiterführende Leitungskennung richtig erkannt habe ist das Telia. Vor allem Tritt es auf wenn die Server sehr gut besucht sind. Ergo scheint das Problem außerhalb des DAU-Bereichs zu liegen.

Hallo ich habe auch seit Monaten das Problem…Disconnects die eine Ewigkeit dauern bis es aus dem Standbild zum ausloggen wechselt…meisst ist ein Spielneustart schneller… als Fehlercode bekomme ich andauernd

Ich habe das selbe Problem. Habe sogar nen neuen Rechner und das problem tritt immernoch auf, das Lustige ist aber, wenn kollege mit seinem Lappi hier zockt hat er nicht auch nur einen einzigen DC! warum dann ich?

Da stimmt was nicht mit deinem Routing, entweder ist da was bei deinem Provider faul, was aber nicht sein, kann weil es bei deinem Kumpel nicht passiert, beim gleichen Anschluss. Hast du irgend welche Tools installiert, die den Netzwerkverkehr untersuchen z.B. Firewall, VPN oder so ein Zeugs. Windows Defender könnte auch Probleme machen.

Ausser Windows defender habe ich nichts sicherheitstechnisches laufen.
Hatte es halt auch auf nem frisch installiertem Windows wo nur wow drauf war

Ok ich hab die Lösung. Heute hat sich mein Char ausgeloggt mit der Fehlermeldung 51900319. Erneutes einloggen nach Routerrestart hat nichts gebracht. Nach dem Ladebildschirm von Shadowlands sehe ich nur meinen Char da ne Sekunde stehen und werde direkt mit der gleichen Fehlermeldung rausgeschmissen. Habe dann nachgeforscht und VPN´s ausprobiert aber das hat auch nichts gebracht. Tatsächlich hängt das mit der Zone zusammen in die Ihr gerade geht und dann hängt sich die Verbindung auf. Erstellt einen anderen Char (wenn ihr nicht schon einen habt…) und geht in die „Hilfe“ Ingame, dort auf „Probleme im Spiel“ > „Probleme mit einem Charakter“ > „Charakter steckt fest oder so“. Dann könnt ihr nen Char auswählen und in meinem Fall nach „Durotar“ porten. Damit kriegt ihr euren Char aus dem Freeze und es geht weiter. Der Fehler liegt eindeutig bei Blizzard. Huhu liebes Forum.
Auch ich werde von dem Fehler (51900319) verfolgt und Fliege immer wieder aus dem Spiel. Oft auch wenn ich den Flugpunkt von Oribos in ein Gebiet nehme.
Ich hab heute unter Einstellung das Häckchen für „Netzwerk für Geschwindigkeit optimieren“ entfernt, da ich auf einer Seite gelesen habe das es helfen soll.
Anbei packe ich mal die Test über Winmtr und looking Glas. Vielleicht ist ja jemand da , der Ahnung davon hat und mir helfen kann :slight_smile:
(musste das ein oder andere leerzeichen bei .net oder .de einfügen da es sonst als link genommen wurde und ich den post nicht veröffentlichen konnte)

Der Fehler ist bei mir zum ersten mal aufgetreten, als Blizzard damals was gegen die DDOS Geschichten unternommen hat. Das geht jetzt schon seit Anfang BFA so… Mittlerweile steht hier n komplett neuer Rechner, auch die Netzwerkhardware am Hausanschluss wurde getauscht.

Aber das einzige was man zu hören bekommt ist: mach mal WinMRT, poste die Ergebnisse. Und was passiert: Nichts. Juckt die einfach nicht… Und egal was versucht wird zu erzählen: DAS PROBLEM LIEGT VERD… NOCHMAL AUF SEITEN BLIZZARDS! Bezahlt endlich mal eure Provider anständig fürs Routing! Himmelherrgott!.. Zum K…

Ich spiel seit 2008, aber so einen besch… Service wie seit zwei Jahren hab ich echt noch nicht erlebt. Frechheit.
