Pls add accessability for epileptics

Hello Blizzard i am called Maria and i am an epileptic i am playing wow since 2012 but since shadowlands i can’t handle a lot classes due to the effects. Even i turn everything to 0 and disabled some abilitys like the shammane ones, mage arcane blast, druid moonfire, and priest smite (pls fix it is awfull for the eyes ) are still active and there . They are not disabled! Same as boss spells nothing let it self disabled . But the biggest problem are melee classes which have the issue that when i hit a mob with some weapons the blink up at special parts of the body. I beg you blizzard pls give me an option to disable all effects so i can play wow again :frowning: with fun

sorry to hear that you are struggling with such disability.

I don’t know how you ended up in the german UI & Macros forum but here’s a link you can try to contact someone at Blizzard directly regarding accessibility:

Regarding graphics settings, which did you try so far exactly?

Especially:

  • Aliasing
  • SSAO
  • Triple Buffering
  • setting the cvar ffxglow to 0 (and ffxDeath just in case)

Also mind that some people reported problems with newer Nvidia driver and had to roll back to 457.51 or older to fix certain issues with textures.

hi :smiley: ja ich spiele auf englichen severn und irgendwie hat es mich dann doch hier weiter geleitet . Ich habe schon viel probiert . Diese genannten von dir wie sollte ich sie einstellen? Über die accessibility von blizzard habe ich schon viel versucht leider fixt das die probleme nicht :confused: . Das aufblinken der Mobs bei nahkampf bleibt und das ist wirklich lästig. Ansonsten kann ich dein genanntes mal ausprobieren :slight_smile: . Vor allem blutdurst löst das aufblinken bei mir auf . Ich denke aber es wäre generell gut , wenn blizzard eine option geben würde alles auszumachen.

Wurde & wird häufiger gefordert.
Dauert halt etwas, bis die Nachricht der Betroffenen durch die Hände der Blizzard-Mitarbeiter, die sich darum kümmern, bis zu denen hoch-/durchgedrungen ist, die Entscheidungen treffen.
Und ob die dann handeln (lassen) und wie schnell ist immer so eine Frage :wink:

Außerdem empfiehlt sich die Nutzung von AdvancedInterfaceOptions , um leichter Zugriff auf CVar-Einstellungen zu haben.
