Lösung: WTF Ordner und alle Addons löschen. Für nähere Informationen, siehe letzten Post von mir in diesem Thread.

Ich habe jetzt seit Monaten ständig Disconnects. Egal wann, egal wie, egal wo. Ich habe dazu in den letzten 24 Stunden 12 „Looking-Glass“ Reports erstellt. Diese habe ich immer sofort gestartet, wenn ich einen Lag hatte (welcher letztendlich mit einem DC endet). Ich hab so einen ähnlichen Thread schon mal vor 1 Jahr oder so erstellt und bei dem gab es die Vermutung, dass es sich um den Router handeln könnte. Ich habe mir bereits einen neuen Router zugelegt und es hat sich nichts geändert (rip 200 EUR). Es gab glaub mal eine Pause für 2-3 Monaten (also von den DC’s) im Sommer-Herbst 2020. Ich hatte die Probleme auch zum Release von Classic (dann war ich 4 Monate im Ausland, wo alles Super funktioniert hat (anderer Anbieter/PC). Desweiteren ist das NUR in WoW so!

Dazu kommt noch, dass einer aus meiner Gilde genau das gleiche Problem hat und immer genau zur gleichen Zeit wie ich aus dem Spiel fliege. Wir haben unterschiedliche PC Speccs (z.B. Win10/Win7). Wir Wohnen ungefähr 600 km entfernt. Wir haben unterschiedliche Internetanbieter. Unterschiedlichen Antivirus, usw… Auch hier ist es egal wo wir sind, mit welchem Char wir online sind und was wir machen (z.B. ich SW chillen und sie in einem Dungeon).

Meine Speccs:
Win7, I7-4789K, 16 GB RAM, GTX 980TI, Kaspersky, Vodafone 1GB Cable (jetzt mit eigenem Router (FritzBox 6591).

Nach Umstellung von DSL auf 1GB Cable hatte ich hier die selben Probleme.
Nach dem ein Techniker hier im Haus die „Frequenzen mal auf Vordermann gebracht“ hatte waren die DC deutlich weniger.

Nach dem abschalten von „Netzwerkoptimierung und IPv6“ Unterstützung, in WoW, seit Monaten kein DC mehr.

IPv6 habe ich natürlich auch schon versucht.

Das tut uns leid zu hören das hier Probleme bestehen. Was sich wie ein roter Faden durch alle Protokolle, die ich mir angesehen hat, zieht ist ein Verlust am letzten Hop.

Danke das Du Dir so viel Mühe gemacht hast mit den Verbindungsprotokollen.

Daher würde ich Dir raten, neben dem Kontakt mit uns auch mit Deinem Internetanbieter in Verbindung zu treten.

Du kannst auch gerne einmal testen, ob sich etwas verändert, wenn Du einmal Deinen Router resetest und Deine DNS erneuerst.

Du kannst Dich aber auch im Spiel, bei meinen Kollegen, mit den entsprechenden Systeminformationen und den Protokollen melden, damit wir der Sache, mit Dir zusammen auf den Grund gehen können.

Kann ich dem Anbieter einfach die Protokelle schicken und ihn auf „den letzten hop“ hinweisen?

Wie bereits erwähnt habe ich nicht nur den Router mehrmals resetted, sondern auch ein komplett neuen und gekauft.

Wegen dem aus meiner Gilde, beim nächsten DC werden wir mal gleichzeitig Looking-Glass starten und auf den genannten Hop achten.

Mit diesen Problem stehst du nicht alleine da.
Seit Mittwoch ist das so und das hat nicht mit der Anbindung vom User zu tun!
Dieses Problem, beobachte ich auch bei anderen Usern, gerade auch in Inni’s etc.

Es liegt auch nicht an einem Anbieter… Telekom und 1und1 haben sehr oft gleichzeitig DCs … ich gehe auch stark davon aus, dass es die botter sind, die mit 20 Druiden durch die Gegenden laufen… in den alten Addon-Ländern gibt es nämlich keine DCs…

Hi habe das selbe Problem , auch ein Gildenmitglied fliegt zeitgleich mit mir raus.
Konntes du das Problem lösen ?
Bin am verzeifeln WOW neu istalliert addons weggelassen aber ohne Ehrfolg

also das mit der kompatibilität habe ich wieder zurückgeändert … habe nur ingame unter system -> netzwerk -> „ipv6 aktivieren, wenn verfügbar“ deaktiviert. bisher läuft es auf jeden fall besser…

mit der win8 kompatibilität inkl. dx11 hatte ich dennoch 3 dcs innerhalb von < 30 minuten.

Hi, habe seit gestern auch die Funktion ipv6 im Spiel deaktiviert und die ersten Tests sehen sehr gut aus. Kein einziger Disconnect und komischer Lag. Ich konnte Ony, BWL und 2h rumstehen und das game laufen lassen, nix passiert. Das wäre vorher unmöglich gewesen. Für mich war das Spiel unspielbar und weil ich keine Lösung gefunden habe, habe ich ne Weile Pause gemacht. Andere Spiele und Programme scheinbar nicht betroffen.

Symptome:
-Chatserver läuft weiter, während die Spielwelt offline ist, ich kann aber rumlaufen ect. Nicht selten bin ich 2 Minuten rumgelaufen/gestanden, bis ich gemerkt habe, dass ich einen „Disc“ hatte.
-Hänger von über 10 Sekunden, dann eine kurze Bewegung der Mitspieler und Disc…
-und natürlich der direkte Disc ohne Vorwarnung.
-Latenzanzeige im Spiel meist nicht betroffen, sondern bleibt bei 21- unter28ms. Selten änderte sie sich, aber wenn, dann warens auch gern mal 500- 1500ms. Interessanterweise habe ich gestern nach der Änderung dann 31-35ms, was wohl laut einem Mitspieler an dem 4er Protokoll liegen könnte.

Es war halt so krass, dass ich vorm 2ten ZG Boss bereits mehrere Laggs hatte und 3 mal rausgeflogen bin…

-Windows 10
-Vodafone 100mbit, vorher 400. Router noch von vor der Übernahme von Unitymedia. Ich habe eine IPv6 und die IPv4 ist wie bei den meisten „Kabelinternet“ Anbietern eine getunnelte. Zudem hat Vodafone ja generell massive Probleme.

-Alle addons stufenweise deaktiviert und dann ausgemacht. Auch hatten Mitspieler und ich erst Addons im Verdacht, die Daten mit anderen Spielern austauschen. Früher gabs ja mal Fälle wo das direkt geholfen hat.

Im Netzwerk befinden sich 3 Raspberry PIs mit Pi-hole und Samba Servern, dazu hat er noch 1 BitTorrent client laufen. DNS Funktionalität wurde eigentlich immer zum Werbe- und Schadwareblocken über die PIs geregelt (Quad9 filtered, dazu auf IPv4 oder IPv6 Basis), aber auch immer mal dann normal über Vodafone. Auch wurde die Leitung auf minimale Belastung der Bandbreite und Verbindungsanzahl getrimmt. Alle anderen Netzwerkgeräte aus, auch der PI mit Torrent aus ect.

Wenn es jetzt heute und morgen ebefalls gut aussieht, gehe ich 100% davon aus, dass es an „IPv6 aktvieren, falls verfügbar“ liegt.

PS: Ich nutz auch öfters mal einen VPN Dienst abseits der Spiele. Bei WoW wurd mir das Testen aber abgeraten, da man ggf. die Antibotmechanik ect triggern könnte. Laut EULA soll VPN wohl nicht erwünscht zu sein. Allerdings wäre es mal interessant gewesen, wenn man über einen richtigen IPv4 Zugang online wäre.

Übrigends waren meine Versuche übers mobile Internet erfolgslos, da ich sehr schlechten Empfang hier habe und allein dadurch schon Disconnects und Lags entstehen.

Ich werde berichten, was es ergab.

HAllo, kenn das Problem auch, ist bei mir aber erst seit Samstag 20.3.2021.

ich habe das Problem dass, ich sehr oft eine schlechte Latenz habe und dann auch immer wieder einen DC.

Heute Montag ist es sogar so schlimm, dass die Blizzard app nicht mal mehr eine Verbindung herstellen kann, und wenn ich WoW über die EXE starten will kann es auch keine Verbindung mehr herstellen. Sprich ich komm nicht mal mehr ins Spiel um irgend etwas umzustellen. Kann aber zeitgleich ganz normal im Internet auf Google was suchen, Auf Steam komm ich auch rein und kann da ganz normal die Spiele spielen. Ist also nur ein Problem von Blizzard/WoW.
Und das ganze 2 Wochen nachdem mein 6 Monatsabo erneut wurde!
komm mir grad ganz schön verarscht vor.

Hallo, ich möchte mich mal dazu gesellen und das gleiche Problem publik machen. Ich habe täglich im Spiel einen DC. Mein Screen wird weiß und ein Fenster öffnet sich mit dem Hinweis, dass das Programm nicht mehr reagiert.
Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen Win 10 neu aufgespielt. WoW neu installiert … und das Problem besteht weiterhin.
Es trifft immer dann auf wenn ich meinen Char im laufen eine Aktion ausführen lasse oder mich umdrehe. Solange ich stehen bleibe, passiert nichts. Vorgestern blieb ich mal 40 Minuten stehen, dann blinzelte ich mit meinem Mage und siehe da, ein DC. Bild wird weiß und "Das Programm reagiert nicht mehr) Fenster öffnet sich. Ich habe dieses Problem seit Anfang März. Den genauen Tag erinnere ich nicht mehr.
Ich behaupte mal ins blaue das es an meiner Fritzbox oder am Anbieter nicht liegt. Ein Freund von mir hat ein gleiches Problem aber er denkt, es würde an seinem Rechner liegen. Ich glaube das nicht. Dann müsste es auch Probleme mit anderen Programmen geben die eine Internetverbindung bedürfen. Dort habe ich keinerlei Verbindungsabbrüche.

ich würde hier mal auf die grafik-treiber tippen. oder eine seeeehr langsame festplatte/ram … versuch mal andere grafikkartentreiber (vllt eine version unter den aktuellen und vorher den jetztigen mit ddu driver uninstaller deinstallieren)

vielleicht liegt es auch an der festplatte wenn sie noch keine ssd ist … crystal disk kann die festplatte prüfen… oder eben der ram (mit memtest) …

oder auch mal die kompatibilität auf win8 setzen…

sorry, das wären jetzt meine vorgehensweisen :slight_smile:

Bei Landega kann ich leider nichts vermuten.

Hingegen bei Draagy würd ich mal Defragmentierung laufen lassen, wenn es sich NICHT um eine SSD Festplatte handelt. Auch wenn das heutzutage nicht mehr viel bringt, es sei die Platte ist mega durcheinander.

Kannst du es mal auf eine andere Festplatte installieren? Grafiktreiber wären wie Alyssa anmerkte auch ne Möglichkeit. Zudem auch mal Addons deaktivieren.

Probleme direkt nach dem Einloggen mit kurzem Ruckeln entstehen oftmals durch Addons, die Erfolge, Questdatenbanken und ähnliches vom Server abrufen oder direkt laden. Bei dir halte ich das aber für eher unwahrscheinlich.

Ich selber kann jetzt klar sagen, dass ich keinen DC und keinen dieser Lags mehr hatte, nachdem im Spiel das IPv6 deaktiviert wurde. Beweislast abgeschlossen würd ich sagen.

Ich habe bei mir das Problem beheben können und es war ein schlichter Fehler meinerseits.
Ich habe meinen Rechner gereinigt, kurz bevor die Disconnects begannen.

Ich nehme den CPU-Lüfter raus, die Grafikkarte und die Ram-Speicher. Alles reinigen, das PC Gehäuse absaugen und dann alles wieder einbauen.
Hat auch alles perfekt geklappt … allerdings war ein Ram-Speicher nicht richtig arretiert und fehlte dem System. Somit hatte ich keine 32GB Ram sondern nur 16GB Ram … und weil ich neben WoW auch andere Dinge gleichzeitig laufen lasse um Wartezeiten wie fliegen und respawn zu überbrücken laufen dann Filme oder Serien, ich konvertiere mit Handbrake, I-tunes läuft, Daten werden hoch und runter geladen, Discord u.s.w…
Das schaffen 16GB Ram nicht ohne rumzuzicken.
Eigentlich habe ich den Fehler nur durch Zufall gefunden … aber seit gestern, als ich den Fehler behob, läuft alles wieder so, wie ich es erwarte und WoW stürzt nicht mehr ab oder ruckelt oder hat unendliche lange Ladezeiten, wie vorher.
Also, einfach mal die Hardware überprüfen, ob tatsächlich alles richtig läuft.

Ich habe die Probleme leider auch. Glaube aber nicht, dass an dem Rechner liegt. Vorher hatte ich mit meinem Notebook gespielt, unter anderem 16 GB Ram. Nun mit meinem neuen PC. Auch hier kassiere ich jetzt immer wieder DCs, manchmal bleibt er dann für 30-40 Sekunden hängen obwohl die Latenz bei unter 30 liegt. Und am Internet selber kann es auch nicht liegen, da ich währenddessen der Lags im Internet normal surfen kann und auf anderen Geräten auch kein Problem habe. So macht es definitiv kein Spaß. Und ich weiß wahrlich nicht, woran es liegen könnte. Zumal ich vor zwei Monaten noch keine Probleme damit hatte.

Also bei mir hat die option ipv6 deaktivieren wunder gewirkt… läuft top bisher, vllt 1-2 disconnects bisher gehabt…

nur noch heftige lags abends, aber die haben wohl alle… (gerade im ardenwald mit mehreren leuten darüber unterhalten)
