EDIT: TE hatte mit seiner Firewall die Verbindungen (u.a. für Stammzertifikate) selbst geblockt :grin:



Windows 7 ist halt ziemlich alt und selbst Windows 10 ist ab Oktober EoL.

  • 32-bit Windows 7 : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45588
  • 64-bit Windows 7 : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45633

Many reports that those solve the issue on Windows 7.

Ansonsten Win10/11 (oder Linux) nutzen oder Win10/11 als Virtuelle Maschine verwenden und dort updaten.
