3d accelerator card

Ive been off this game for a very long time, and now when im trying to log on again it says that my laptop does not support the 3d accelerator card – and I need to install a new one.

I have no idea what im doing, i do not know computer stuff, i just want to play the game! help!!

This error usually means that either:

  • The GPU is not supported
  • The GPU couldn’t be recognized
  • Direct X is not installed

Can you please try:

  • Installing the latest drivers for your GPU/Laptop, you can usually find them on your Laptop manufacturer homepage or in many cases there are even newer versions to be found by AMD, Intel or Nvidia.

  • Install the latest version of Direct X.
