i am unable to launch any of my games
i have already done the basics, driver and windows updates.

This forum is for feedback and suggestions on the Battle.Net Desktop App – the Launcher. Blizzard rarely replies here.
For issues with a specific game, you should “normally” use the forums for that game; in this case, if there are more than 2 games impacted, I’d submit a ticket for one of the game (WoW, for example) and point out that you are also having the same issue with other games (list them).
