Please Blizzard STOP this abusive attitude seen in either classic or Dragonflight versions while in 5player normal or heroic dungeons. Very often it is just a race against time, where tank leads even to wipe of entire group and any comment or slowness is punished with kick out 30 min penalty. Please protect normal not challenged players against such stressful and unfair attitude. it makes the game unplayable. Take out that penalty and please give to victims a fair way to retaliate, report and block such players to ever play with other human beings. Take away this power from such mad players. IT IS NOT NORMAL what it happens in there, do you monitor it at least?

You should be posting on the WoW forums, or using the in-game menu system.

They will not remove this penalty, as it was put in there in the first place due tanks/healers taking the dungeon hostage until they got what they want.
Retaliation through abuse of reporting tools is potentially considered abusive.
You cannot report them for using VTK tools. If they did harass you through another you you can though.
You can already block players from preventing to queue up with you in the future by right clicking their name and blocking.
