Hello Blizzard team,
I’m posting here because my account was permanently banned less than a month after it was gifted to me — and your support has refused to give any real reason or evidence.
All I received was a generic response saying the case had been reviewed. No details. No proof. No second chance. I opened ticket #99697194 and got nothing but a copy-paste message.
I expected to enjoy the game like any other player. Instead, I feel like I’ve been robbed. You banned my account with zero transparency and no real way to appeal or even understand what happened.
This is completely unacceptable. If nothing changes, I will escalate this outside your system — through consumer protection services, legal consultation, and public exposure.
This is not just about a game anymore. This is about principle. You took my access away without due process.
