Since there appears to be no way to make contact via a ticketing system for account and data issues I am requesting my account’s deletion here. If there is a more appropriate method to communicate this request then please let me know.
Having tried the account deletion option I am unwilling to provide a photo of any form of ID, providing vastly more personal information than is already on my account as part of requesting the deletion of my account and data.
As an EU citizen I should be able to request this deletion under the GDPR without being required to supply more information than I did when signing up initially.
If I am uncomfortable enough with Blizzard holding the limited data associated with my account to request its deletion, the last thing I am going to do is submit even more!
