Last night my account has been hacked and I created a ticket 8 hours ago still waiting to get back the acount and no response yet. Please help me ticket number is EU96553854

You are now in a queue and you need to wait until your turn comes; that queue is a high priority queue and the time you need to wait for a reply will vary with the number of tickets currently in front of you.

Should Blizzard need more information for your ticket, they will reply to your ticket and you will receive (or should receive) an e-mail notice. If that occurs, it’s important that you do not reply to the e-mail notice… these are usually sent from “NoReply” addresses and Blizzard would likely not get your reply. Instead, reply directly in your ticket if it is still opened; if it is closed, you need to create a new ticket, put in your first ticket number in it so that the two tickets can be linked, and provide the information requested by Blizzard.

Now it’s officially been 1 day and still no response 
Stick in there bud,had the same thing happen to me exactly a week ago,managed to get my account back but gold gone and items missing,know how you feel.
