Around 5 days ago my account was hacked and I made a ticket providing all the needed information in order to get my account back. All this time I haven’t gotten a single reply I’m not sure if any additional information is required or what’s going on. I’m currently using this account in order to keep up with the tickets I submitted but I’m not sure whats going on. Can someone please help me?

There has been several events recently that have resulted a large number of tickets… and that keep creating a large number of new tickets. Customer Support is swamped… but trying to reduce the backlog. Ticket response time is long… very long. I haven’t seen numbers for Europe but 6~7 days is not unusual from various posts I read on the forums; on the Americas region, the last number I saw was 10~12 days.
If you have a ticket number, you should be OK; if you submitted the ticket using the account you are posting here with, you should be able to see your ticket here:
If you submitted the ticket without being logged on, you probably cannot see the ticket status.
Only Blizzard Support has access to your ticket… and they normally do not provide that type of information on the forums. You will need to wait until Blizzard replies to you.
