On May 1st I awoke to Not only my Battle.net account being hacked but My Ubisoft, EA, Microsoft and nearly every Game/social media related account to be hacked or compromised (except steam) Within a 8 hour span i lost most of my accounts, i had installed a music editing app on my computer that turned out to have a trojan virus inside of it, i promptly deleted the program and hard reset my PC and hard drive. But it was too little too late most of my (Spam) within my email was Account password changes along with the eventual ripping of my email off most accounts i held. I have so far managed to recover my Ubisoft, EA, and Social Medias. But my Battle.net Had eluded me, i submitted Tickets two days ago speaking on the subject to an administrator to no reply. I’m starting to loose hope that i will get my account back. I have a life long friend who i have always played with in World of warcraft who is still friends with the stated account and says that my characters still seem to "Be There’ but i can only wonder how long. How likely is it that i can recover my account, even if only fairly intact. I have full access to the email that was assigned to the account For more than 7 years, though obviously the “Hacker” has since then switched the email of my account to a Russian one… i also have payment logs from my bank showing at least a layer of Finance over the account. My IRL name and address both new and old that’s on the account. And Personal Account details such as that.
Great !! that’s exactly what you are expected to do… If you got ticket number, then you’re in a queue and need to wait until your turn comes up. If you did not get a ticket number, then something has gone wrong and you should probably create a new ticket. See https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/9852 for details.
Nothing can be done on the forums.
Also, I do not know how long the queue is, nor how long it will be before you get a reply.
One thing to keep in mind… if Blizzard requests information from you, do not reply by e-mail. Blizzard normally sends out e-mails from an non-monitored “do-not-reply” e-mail address. Instead, create a new ticket under Account Compromised, provide the original ticket number on the new ticket (so that they can be linked together by Blizzard) and provide the information they asked for.
Hopefully, Blizzard will get back to you soon.
