Also, I do not know how long the queue is, nor how long it will be before you get a reply.

One thing to keep in mind… if Blizzard requests information from you, do not reply by e-mail. Blizzard normally sends out e-mails from an non-monitored “do-not-reply” e-mail address. Instead, create a new ticket under Account Compromised, provide the original ticket number on the new ticket (so that they can be linked together by Blizzard) and provide the information they asked for.
