Hi,
suddenly my game stuck to 350ms and after research in several forums i found that means “shadow ban” . Next step is was to check my account in Activision support and to create ticket to appeal
my account penalty!
After that, Activision inform that my account is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR APPEAL and NO BAN DETECTED!!!
I created a new ticket and asked Activision to explain what is the really problem.
24h later i received an email from Activision support and they try to tell me that the problem is Cache and port!!! I informed them that the problem is not Cache, ports, speed etc because i checked, also i created a new account and i can play with no problem.
Obviously they don’t know what really happened with my account!!
Can somebody help me

Call of Duty issues like this need to be addressed with Activision Support. This Forum is for Blizzard Classic Games.
