Account not found , Email not found, unable to log in

Good day,
I have / Had… a primary account with 2 purchased games (COD - Cold war & Modern warfare) on it and also Warzone. I have my purchase dates and all including having the account linked to my Activision account (now unlinked due to not being able to connect)
When i tried to log in it just said that my account is not found nor was my email.
i did NOT have a authenticator linked to it yet so i created a new account with the same email to try and log a ticket, i did and i received a email for the ticket, when i click on the email link to “check my ticket” it says i have no tickets in archive… so now i have 2 paid games on my pc that I am not able to play and a lot of playtime on warzone that’s lost.

is there any possible way to get directly in touch with Blizzard / Battle.net to try and resolve this? I have all purchase dates and somewhere my old tag with the same email address.

it’s kind of not nice to have paid for stuff and not being able to use it or get any form of support submitted. buying the same things a second time & playing through all those hours again to get upgrades ect just isn’t worth the time, and to sit with the thought of it happening again? no way.

please assist

Hi:

To view the ticket, you need to be logged in the same account that you created the ticket with.

When you visit https://eu.battle.net/support/en/, click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen; under it, you will have the e-mail you are currently logged in with.

If the words “My Account” shows up instead of your name, that’s because you’re not logged in – click on “My Account” and log in.

If you’re logged in the wrong account, click on the down arrow and select “Log Out” and then log in with the right e-mail / password.

I hope this helps !

Hi
Yes your info is spot-on however i am logged in with my name displayed, the ticket does not show.
i don’t know which way from there, i noticed some similar reports on the forum while searching but this does not seem to be solved yet, “the account not found” issue.

There must be some way to track everything back or to work from my purchase record.

Issue ID: #79722252 is the mail i received.

bonsoir je me suis fait pirater mon compte battle net comment je pourrai faire j’ai donc fait un ticket je voudrait savoir si il vont me répondre se weekend merci a vous

Hi again:

The only time I experienced that was when I submitted the ticket without being logged in. Perhaps this is what happened ??

More than that I cannot say… perhaps one of the Blizzard Customer Service person will reply here and shed some light on this mystery. In any case, although you cannot see your ticket, the fact that you did get an e-mail with a ticket number is a promising sign. I will only say that you may have to be patient. I don’t know how long it will be before you hear back from Blizzard. My understanding is that the Customer Service staff is seeing a higher load at the moment than what they normally see.

Best of luck with this.

@ColèreNacrée,

Hi :

The language on this forum is English.

Your request for assistance has already been answered by Blizzard here. I have also provided a reply here.

As I have already told you, flooding the forum with your request is not going to accelerate the processing time; you need to wait till your turn comes up. Unfortunately, you aren’t the only player that has lost access to his/her account or that is experiencing issues with his/her account. Please be patient while Blizzard works through the cases ahead of you.

=====================================================================================

I would appreciate it if you wouldn’t post in or hijack the topic of another player – that does not help at all.

Hello TheZonnie,

The issue you mention (“Account not found”), is normally an indication that there is currently no active Battle.net accounts using that specific email. This can be due to a number of reasons, with one of the more common ones being that the original email was changed to something else. With the email changed, attempting to log in with the old email address will provide this error. It can also indicate that the account was compromised.

In this case, we would ask that you reach out to our Support Team using the following link, as this wouldn’t be something we could assist with via the forums. Be sure to provide as much information regarding the account in the ticket.
