Cool, logged after few months - tried both my accounts - characters, no history of purchase. Has anything happened to servers, someone hacked them???
Sounds like you created a new account and/or are using the wrong email for your main Battle.net.
Start with check your inbox for “email changed” notifications, they might be in your spam folder.
You can make a ticket under the Account Hacked options and get in contact with Customer Support if you’re unable to locate the old account.
