All mounts missing from collection

Hey,

Recently i have noticed that certain characters are missing all mounts from the collection.
When i open the mount tab in the collection it tells me “You can learn riding and obtain a mount from your riding trainer at level 10”.

I am currently playing on a level 52 character with artisan riding learned.

I have seen at least 3 characters i’m having this issue with, 2 on Alliance side and 1 on Horde side.

I can mount up if i summon i mount i have stored on the action bar or by pressing the “Summon random favorite mount” but outside those i cannot select any other mount.

In this case you should contact ingame support with a list of the characters affected by the missing mounts so they can check this for you.

You may want to try one other thing here which would be to perform a Password Reset on the account, this may refresh the server data.

Hopefully if the Password Reset doesn’t work then ingame support can be cleared up though!

just tried to reset the password, but that didn’t fix it, i’ll try contacting in game support now.
