[Android app] All friends and chats gone on Battle.net

About a week and a half ago I opened the app, all friends and chats gone. I eventually ‘resolved’ this issue by completely detaching my authenticator from my account, changing my password, uninstalling the app and clearing the data and cache on it, then reinstating everything I’d removed before.

This got it to work again for about 4 days. Then I woke up today and its broken again.

Is there a way to fix this permanently, or do I have to remove my authenticator and change my password and uninstall the app every few days now?

Android. Galaxy S20 FE.
