Another account of mine, [redacted], was also blocked. The reason was that it might have been stolen. But after checking, at least I didn’t find out that it had been stolen. The password has not been changed at all. I can change it normally by email or phone. Password, but cannot log in, it shows that the account is locked. Tried sending an email to customer service, but no reply yet.
E-mail won’t work… you need to submit a ticket to Blizzard Support.
Also, you should remove the account details from your post / title… Anyone with access to the internet can read your post – and you just gave out 50% of the info needed to log into your Battle.Net account.
